What do these sessions look like?

It starts with an introductory activity or warmup, followed by the main activity or exercise of the session followed by reflections, closure, and feedback. Your therapist, along with group members would collaborate to connect insights gained from the art-making process to personal goals and well-being.

What are the home rules/ values of our support group?

  • We have established clear home rules and values for our support group, essential to creating a safe and nurturing environment. These rules and values set the tone for the group, ensuring that participants feel respected, supported, and free to express themselves.
