Cancellation Policy:

  • If you need to cancel a scheduled counseling session, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients in need of our services.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the cancellation policy. We strive to work with our clients to address any unforeseen circumstances that may prevent them from attending a scheduled session.

Full Refund Conditions:

  • A full refund will be issued if Therapy Palette cancels a scheduled session for any reason.

Refunds for Prepaid Sessions:

  • If you have prepaid for a counseling package and wish to discontinue services, a refund will be provided for any unused sessions, minus any applicable administrative fees.

Administrative Fees:

  • In certain cases, administrative fees may apply to cover processing costs associated with refunds.

No-Show Policy:

  • Clients who do not attend a scheduled session and do not provide advance notice may be subject to the full session fee without eligibility for a refund.

Refund Policy for Certification and Internship Programs:

We strive to provide flexibility for our participants while maintaining fairness. Please review our updated refund policy for courses and internship programs:

Course Refunds:

  • Full Refund: A full refund will be provided if a participant requests to withdraw from the course at least 15 days before the start date.
  • Partial Refund: If withdrawal occurs within the first week of the course, a partial refund may be granted, deducting any administrative fees or costs incurred.

Internship Refunds:

  • Refund eligibility for internships will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the duration of the internship and any incurred expenses.

No-Show or Withdrawal During Program:

  • No refunds will be provided for participants who do not attend or withdraw from the course or internship program after the specified timeframe.

Exceptional Circumstances:

  • Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, unforeseen personal challenges) will be reviewed individually.

Requesting a Refund:
