Madhur Krishan Khosla

Co-Founder & Creative Director

“Creativity is seeing what others see and thinking what no one else ever thought – Albert Einstein”

I am an artist and designer based in Rome, Italy. My area of expertise is designing luxury yachts. As a visionary creative director, I am passionate about building and creating impactful art. With years of experience in design luxury, I honed skills in art direction, design and mixed media. As a leader, I believe in fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages creativity and innovation. With this in mind, I have been passionately exploring the mental wellness space and call myself a mental health advocate.

Madhur is the key brain behind Therapy Palette. His support and work as a mental health advocate are driven by a deep appreciation for beauty and a desire to communicate complex emotions, thoughts, and ideas through visual experiences. He believes in pushing boundaries and exploring new techniques and styles in digital art and media.

“Remember, progress, not perfection. Let’s celebrate the small victories on our mental health journey”.

I am a dynamic and result-driven social media manager passionate about creating engaging content and driving growth on social media platforms. With years of experience, I have developed a deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and analytics. I am adept at developing and executing social media campaigns that align with business objectives and resonate with target audiences. I aim to break the silence surrounding mental health and promote understanding and empathy through my work.

Ankita is experienced in leading teams and collaborating with mental health professionals and organizations to ensure that social media efforts align with the best practices and standards. She is committed to ongoing education and staying updated with the latest research and development in the mental health field.

“Art becomes a bridge between unspoken emotions and healing, allowing individuals to express and explore their inner world in a way words cannot”.

I’m a Counseling Psychologist with a master’s degree in clinical psychology. I recently completed a UNESCO-CID-certified expressive art therapy course. Currently working as a Counseling Psychologist, I’m also a Trainee in expressive art therapy. My expertise lies in child psychology, with a focus on neurodevelopmental disorders. I’m passionate about counseling parents on effective child management. Additionally, I have extensive experience in organizing various events. My professional philosophy is centered around “small steps every day,” committed to facilitating mental health through integrative counseling.

Shinu’s journey with expressive arts started with dance—a personal exploration blending beats, music, and movement. It evolved into a freelancing choreography startup, inspiring others to dance to their rhythm. Witnessing transformative moments led her to explore dance movement therapy and engage in expressive art therapy. As a psychologist, she incorporates music, drama, art, and craft into sessions for adolescents and adults, fostering personal growth.

“In the canvas of healing, every brushstroke becomes a step towards self discovery and every color holds the potential for transformation”.

I am a counseling psychologist with a master’s degree in clinical psychology, a certified behavior therapist, and a trainee of expressive art therapy (UNESCO-CID registered) at Therapy Palette, dedicated to promoting mental health and well-being. I step into the space where your well-being takes center stage. As a dedicated mental health professional, I believe in a humble, empathetic, safe, and non-judgmental space for individuals seeking support.

Anshika has worked with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues by utilizing a person-centered and integrative approach. As an expressive art practitioner, she is privileged to guide individuals on this profound journey, where creativity becomes a language and the canvas becomes a mirror reflecting the beauty of one’s soul.

“Expressive Art helps us turn raw emotions into beautiful forms of expression”
